About Us
FCMAA
Facilities personnel at each of our clubs are involved with everything that keeps our clubs operating efficiently, and until recently we’ve had no real forum to come together in the spirit of camaraderie and the mutually beneficial sharing of practices. FCMAA was created to fill that void! Managers, Facilities Directors, and personnel from over twenty Philadelphia area clubs, have partnered together to form FCMAA, including Aronimink, Merion, Overbrook, Philadelphia Cricket Club, Manufacturers, Doylestown and Whitemarsh Valley to name a few.

Our Story
Boards, committees and associations all come from a need to communicate with like-minded people and FCMAA is no different. Needing to discuss good and bad contractors, pricing, preventive maintenance techniques, and vendors for supplies, FCMAA transformed from an idea, to a small group gathering every few months to chat and swap stories, to a growing non-profit dedicated to help everyone understand the right way of managing a facility. Focused on education and deeper understanding of our systems, we hope to give facilities personnel a strong grounding in operations and maintenance.
We work hard, we get dirty, but we get the job done and keep things running smoothly.
FCMAA had the pleasure of taking a behind the scenes tour of Citizens Bank Park to dive into the underbelly of the systems in play at a major league stadium. To see what it takes to operate a facility of such magnitude and the plan in place for their operations, helped open all of our eyes to new ideas we can incorporate at our individual facilities.

Contractor Sponsered Events
FCMAA has been the perfect way for contractors to get in front of prospective buyers. W.S. Cumby has been incredible to work with, doing work for multiple clubs in the area. They heard what we were doing with FCMAA and they didn't hesitate to sponsor an event at TopGolf to present their work to a wide audience.
